Dear customer, we do accept replacement of the products and returning them and doing refund if they match at least one of the following conditions:
- If the product is different from what you have ordered.
- If the size of the product is different from what have ordered ( for example you ordered size “M” and got size “S”).
- If the product is damaged.
You must submit a claim to our email: contact@donyazedcollection.com ,telling us about the issue you have within 3 days of the delivery date mentioning the name and the order number.
Note:
We cannot return the product unless it is identical to to its first condition upon receipt (the same packaging, the label is not removed, the product is not dirty or damaged, any piece of the product is not missing)
